PURPOSE: To provide an artificial tooth crown reproducing a natural tooth color through simple fabrication processes without bothering a dentist or a dental technical in selecting materials by preparing the material for tooth crown so that it contains 97-99.9wt.% first component consisting of CaO, SiO2, etc., and contains 0.1-3.0wt.% second component consisting of Mn2O3, CeO2, etc.

CONSTITUTION: An artificial tooth crown is composed of 97-99.9wt.% first component and 0.1-3.0wt.% second component, wherein the first/Contains 30-50% CaO, 5-20% P2O5, 30-50% SiO2 1-10% MgO, 1,-10% Al2O3, 0.1-5% TiO2, and 0.1-2% F2, while the second component contains 65-95% Mn2O3, 1-15% CeO2, 0-10% Fe2O3, and 1-15% TiO2. The melting temp. of the material for artificial tooth crown at the time of casting is adjusted to a temp. between 1450-1650°C, and thereby the crown is colored with any of 16 different natural colors according to the classification in the dentist's sector.
