In this ascendable and descendable moving scaffold 10, a lifting part 30 of stacking a plurality of stages of frames 31 (31a, 31b and 31c) is arranged on a base 20 having wheels 23, and a work floor is arranged on the frame 31a of the uppermost stage, the upper side and lower side frames 31 in the respective stages are mutually connected via X-shaped slider cranks 32 (32a and 32b), and the base 20 and the ascendable and descendable part 30 are divisibly connected via a connecting tool 50, and a moving caster 60 is installed on the side surface of the ascendable and descendable part 30.
