Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for an aseptic packing into a paper container for a liquid material enabling the miniaturization and simplification of a packing apparatus, capable of efficiently performing aseptic packing and also enabling the increasing of a treating speed.
CONSTITUTION: This method is carried out as follows: in a manufacturing process of a paper container 7 for a liquid material, a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is sealed in it in advance to sterilize the inside of the container 7; the mist (m) of the hydrogen peroxide is sprayed on the outer surface of the container 7 to sterilize it; subsequently a filling inlet port 8 of the container 7 is opened and a liquid material is packed; and then, the opened filling inlet port 8 is closed with a sealing material 10.
