Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent trouble of a carcass ply separating from a bead core by making the number of plies rolling up a bead core of a tire provided with a single bead bias carcass from the inside to the outside and the number of plies rolling in the bead core from the outside to the inside the same.
CONSTITUTION: This is a tire equipped with a right and left pair of bead cores provided with one each on a right and left pair of bead part and a bias carcass formed of four or more layers of ply, which extends from a crown part to a bead part through both side parts and moored to the bead part and which is made of a fiber cord having a cord angle of about more than 25° to 50° with respect to the tire equatorial line at the crown part. Strain caused by charging internal pressure is restrained and separation of the carcass ply from the bead core is prevented by making the number of carcass plies rolling up the bead core from the inside to the outside and the number of carcass plies rolling in the bead core from the outside to the inside the same.
