Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus employing a technique performing the charging work of a raw material or the like to the charging part of a tank directly in a clean room, constituted so as to be capable of performing the weighing related to a charging amt. at a time of the charging and capable of contracting the size of the clean room to the limit necessary for the charging work.
SOLUTION: A weighing means such as a load cell 4 is arranged to the support part 3 of a tank 1 and a liquid seal means 5 is provided to the body side part of the tank 1 positioned between the weighing means and the charging part 2 provided to the tank 1 and a clean room 6 is formed so as to surround the charging part 2 while the tank 1 is sealed in a relatively up and down movable state through the liquid seal means 5 and the charging work of a raw material is performed in the clean room through the charging part 2 and the charging amt. of the raw material is calculated from the value measured by the weighing means.
