PURPOSE: To raise the efficiency of operation as well as make construction work easier by a method in which asphalt-concrete gravel formed by covering aggregate of a desired grain size with reformed asphalt is placed on a base floor with water-proof layer and rolled while being heated.

CONSTITUTION: Aggregate 41 of a desired grain size is covered with a heat- meltable reformed asphalt 42 in a desired thickness to make up asphalt-concrete gravel 4. The gravel 4 is placed in layered form on a concrete base floor 2 having water-proof layer 3 on its surface and the asphalt-concrete gravel layer 5 is hot-rolled flatly by using a roll 7 while melting it by heating to bond the layer 5 to the floor 2. The occurrence of blister is the layer 3 can be prevented, and the emission of offensive odor during construction can also be prevented.
