PURPOSE: To prevent the displacement of asphalt-concrete layer by a method in which slide-preventing work and a water-proof layer are applied to the surface of slantly placed slabs and an asphalt-concrete layer having a latticed net inside is then paved.

CONSTITUTION: Slide-preventing parts 2 are projectionally set at a fixed interval in the right-angled direction to slope on the surface of a slantly placed concrete slab 1, and water-proof layers 3 are applied to the parts 2. On the layers 3, an asphalt-concrete layer 4 having flat and latticed fiber-reinforced plastic net 5 having integrated crossings inside is paved. The displacement of the layer 4 and the breakage of the layers 3 can thus be prevented for long periods.
