PURPOSE: To make construction work easier as well as shorten the period of the construction by a method in which a heat-bonding layer is laminated on the rear of a precast plate made of asphalt-aggregate mixture and the heat- bonding layer is integrally bonded to a base floor with a water-proof layer.

CONSTITUTION: An asphalt-aggregate mixture is peecast-molded into a flat precast plate of adequate size and thickness, and a reformed asphalt layer as heat-bonding layer is integrally laminated on the rear to make up an asphalt- concrete paving plate 4. Or, the precast plate is likewise formed of a reformed asphalt and aggregate mixture, whose rear can be subjected to heat-bonding, may be used. The plate 4 is placed on a concrete base floor 2 having a water- proof layer 3 on its surface and integrally bonded to each other by melting the rear by heating. The water-proof floor with blister-free water-proove layer 3 can be obtained.
