To obtain a mixture giving a paved body improved in flow resistance, particularly flow resistance and crack resistance at a high temp., particularly crack resistance at a low temp. and prolonged in service life by forming so as to incorporate a powdery reforming material obtained by adding and dusting a specific quantity of an inorganic filler into a thermoplastic elastomer in an asphalt composition.
This asphalt mastic based mixture is formed so as to incorporate preferably 1-15 wt.%, further preferably 5-10 wt.% powdery reforming agent, which has preferably η2 mm particle diameter and is obtained by adding and dusting ≥5 pts.wt., preferably 5-30 pts.wt. inorganic filler such as a stone powder of a pulverized lime stone or other rock, slaked lime, cement, flyash, to 100 pts.wt. one or more thermoplastic elastomers of a styrene.butadiene rubber, a styrene.butadiene block, a styrene.isoprene block, an ethylene.vinyl acetate, an ethylene.ethylacrylate.
