Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt plant in which the storage capacity of a specific sort of aggregate can be increased so as to deal with manufacture of a specific mixture by arranging an outer compartment along the outer wall of compartments.
SOLUTION: An aggregate storage bin 6 in which aggregate heated and dried by a dryer is screened out by a vibrating screen 2, and stored in compartments 6a-6e by grain size distinction is provided, and a measuring tank 17, a mixer 18, and the like are arranged on the lower positions than it. In this asphalt plant 1, an outer compartment 8 is arranged along the outer wall of the compartments 6a-6e of the aggregate storage bin 6, and a delivery gate 9 delivering the aggregate is arranged on the lower part. Aggregate inflow ports 10a-10c allowing inflow of aggregate into the outer compartment 8 are provided on the walls of the compartments 6a-6e, and opening/closing covers 11b-11d are arranged on the opening parts. Hereby, at manufacturing a specific mixture using aggregate only in the range of specific grain size, the storage capacity of the specific sort of aggregate can be increased.
