PURPOSE: To attain an assembling having high accuracy by providing a notch part in the butting part of a bobbin positioning jig and a coil positioning part and feeding air to this notch part.
CONSTITUTION: The both part 9 is provided in the butting part of the bobbin positioning jig 2 and the coil positioning jig 4. The bobbin part 6 of the vice coil 5 is fitted into the bobbin positioning jig 2, a coil part 7 is fitted into the coil positioning part 4, an adhesives 14 is coated on the butting part of the bobbin part 6 and the coil part 7, and air is fed to the notch part 9 through an air feed port 10 from an air pump 12. The air is previously heated by a heater 13 to heat the adhesives 14 in the voice coil. by discharging the air from a gap, the force concentric with the coil positioning jig 4 is operated in the coil part 7, the positioning is constantly carried out concentrically with the coil positioning jig 4 even in the coil part having irregular dimensions.
