This assembling structure of the heat exchanger has a flat tube 30 formed by joining two sheets of metallic thin plates 40A, 40B in a state of having a refrigerant passage 31 (31) and tank inserting ports 32, 32, (32, 32) longitudinally penetrated through both end parts of the refrigerant passage 31 inside thereof, and a pair of tanks 11, 12, (21, 22) inserted into the tank inserting ports 32, 32, (32, 32) of the flat tube 30. A plurality of flat tubes 30 are stacked in multistage on the pair of tanks 11, 12, (21, 22) through the tank inserting ports 32, 32, (32, 32) of the flat tubes 30 (30), the refrigerant passage 31 (31) of the flat tubes in multistage and communication ports 39 of the tanks 11, 12 (21, 22) are temporarily assembled in a state of being positioned to be communicated with each other, and then brazed to assemble the heat exchanger 1.
