To provide a bookshelf which is easy to handle, and has excellent in design characteristics for using as an interior decoration article, wherein a user can easily change the width and the height of each cell corresponding to articles to be stored such as books, etc., and can also change the entire size and shape.

The shelf having a sectional shape of letter H, which can be stably stood in dependently, is formed by a shelf board (1) and two side boards (2) provided on both sides. And, several kinds of H-shaped shelves, wherein each of the shelf boards (1) has a different height, are provided. The several kinds of H-shaped shelves are freely assembled by adjusting the height and the width corresponding to articles to be stored such as books, etc., and by changing the top and bottom thereof. Alternatively, the shelves can be assembled as many as needed corresponding to the amount of articles to be stored, a space for installing the shelves, or the like.
