Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly device for a V-belt annular mold and also provide its method in which the annular mold is so set as to release a V-belt and the work is moved continuously to a following process wherein annular molds are laminated automatically and successively.
SOLUTION: A V-belt annular mold assembly device 100 is provided with a mold setting and carrying means 6 for setting an annular mold in the horizontal state, releasing a V-belt and then carrying mold to a following process, a release agent applying device 7 for applying a release agent on the annular mold and carrying the mold, a self-propelled type carrying means 8 for carrying the annular mold and also self-moving forward and backward, and a lifter 9 movable up and down for setting the annular mold.
