PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a long member without deforming it, using no fixture when holding the long member.SOLUTION: A long member assembly device comprises: a plurality of hand parts 8 for holding a long member 10; and arm parts 9 and body parts 12 for adjusting positions of the hand parts 8 holding the long member 10 by moving the hand parts 8. The hand parts 8 each have a configuration capable of moving along a longitudinal direction of the long member 10 keeping holding the long member 10 when their positions are adjusted by the arm parts 9 and the body parts 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
