PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easiness to move in a wearing state.SOLUTION: An assist suit comprises: a main body part 1 in a flat shape which is freely wearable along the back of an operator; a load action part 3 which is extended forward from the main body part 1 beyond the operator to hold a load; an elevation device M1 which drives the load action part 3 for elevation; a control device C which controls the elevation driving of the elevation device M1; and a power supply unit V for the driving, the elevation device M1, control device C, and power supply unit V being provided for the main body part 1 side by side along a flat plane F of the main body part 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
