Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit of a mixer of a rotor stator type including a stator having a plurality of openings, and a rotor arranged on the inside of the stator and spaced away from the stator with a predetermined gap, where the mixer can improve shear stress applied to fluid to be processed and exhibit higher performance, and where the mixer can change and adjust the shear stress to be applied to the fluid to be processed, or change and adjust a flowing manner of the fluid to be processed.SOLUTION: A rotor, which is arranged on the inside of a stator 22 having a plurality of openings 11b and spaced away from the stator with a predetermined gap, includes a rotor peripheral wall 40 that faces the inside of the peripheral wall of the stator 22 and is disposed radially the inside of the peripheral wall of the stator 22 having the plurality of openings 11b formed thereon so that it can be spaced away from the stator with the predetermined gap. A mixer unit 14 includes a plurality of rotor openings 41 formed on the rotor peripheral wall 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
