Abstract:
PURPOSE: To inexpensively obtain a choke coil attaching device for loudspeakers with a smaller number of components and a smaller number of manhours for attaching work.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a cylindrical bobbin 11 which is equipped with flanges 11a and 11b at both ends, with one end being formed in a bag-like shape, has a through hole 12 at the center, and is composed of a molded resin, a coil formed by winding an electric wire 13 around the outer peripheral surface of the bobbin 11, and a sintered core 9 which has a through hole 10 at the center of its cylindrical body and is composed of a soft magnetic material and the core 9 is put in the bobbin 11 so that the hole 10 of the core 9 can be coaxially aligned with the hole 12 of the bobbin 11. The device is constituted so that the device can be directly fitted to a boss 6 on a loudspeaker input terminal board 5 with an attaching screw 14 through the holes 10 and 12.
