Title:
PROCESSING NOZZLE FOR INTERLACING YARN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3158709
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable improvement in performance and high-quality interlacing processing.
CONSTITUTION: A processing nozzle for interlacing yarn is equipped with opening parts 3 and 3' of two jetting nozzles opposingly set on a yarn treating cylinder wall so as to introduce a gas into a yarn treating cylinder and with a slitted yarn inserting inlet 4 having a gap G in parallel with the generator of the yarn treating column to insert yarn into the yarn treating column. The two jetting nozzles are arranged with a straight line perpendicularly intersecting the axis of the center gravity of the yarn treating column as a common central axis. A yarn inserting inlet is not superimposed to the opening part of the jetting nozzle and is arranged out of a zone G/2, at both sides, respectively, from a plane perpendicularly intersecting the straight line of the extended central shaft of the jetting nozzle including the axis of the center of gravity of the yarn treating column. The cross-sectional shape of the treating column is preferably a shape of circle or deficient circle.
