PURPOSE: To make it possible to attach a window shutter easily with a single hand by fixing a support plate with the upper part of a window on both sides and temporarily mounting one end of the window shutter with a support plate on one side rotatively and then fixing the other end of the window shutter with the other side of the support plate and finally fixing one end of the window shutter with one side of the support plate.

CONSTITUTION: A rail base 14 is installed on the outside of a window 3 while an end receiving truck 11 is maunted on the rail base 14, thereby mounting the end of a window shutter 1 on a support plate 4 side on the end receiving truck 11. Then, a support plate 9 of the window shutter 1 is lifted and fixed with the support plate 4. The end of the support plate 9 of the window shutter 1 is fixed with the support plate 9. This construction makes it possible to attach a window shutter easily by one warker and further promote manpower saving.
