An attachment has a skeleton structure 31 having a configuration in which each of main members 25a and 25d, and 25b and 25c, which is disposed at diagonal positions, is connected to a tip of a boom 26 having a lattice structure by four diagonal connection auxiliary members 27 crossed by being disposed obliquely in the vertical direction. A point sheave 32 is installed on a boom neutral axis line at a position closer to the tip side position of the boom 26 than an installation position of the skeleton structure 31, and a pendant rope 34 is connected to a support shaft 33 supporting the point sheave 32. The pendant rope 34 is connected to the boom neutral axis line, thereby enabling prevention of generation of bending moment on the basis of component force of the boom neutral axis line direction in tensile force of the pendant rope 34 in the boom 26. Accordingly, the bending moment acting on the boom 26 can be reduced.
