An attachment 1 for a single pipe having a short pipe 8 and a wedge receiving part 11 installed in a part or a plurality of sites of the outer periphery of the short pipe 8 is prepared. The short pipe 8 in the attachment 1 for the single pipe is inserted and fixed to a single pipe 7 for column in a drawable and insertable manner, and wedge-shaped engaging fittings 10 installed at both ends of a connecting single pipe 9 are fitted and rocked at the wedge receiving parts 11 removably.
