A reinforcement support part includes: a horizontal reinforcement support part formed at a center part on a base part through a leg part; a riser reinforcement support part connected to the horizontal reinforcement support part; a vertical reinforcement engaging part erected on the horizontal reinforcement support surface of the horizontal reinforcement support part; and a fitting groove part formed at the lower end part of the riser reinforcement support part. A mold support part includes: column parts erected at both side parts on the base part; and a mold mounting surface formed at the upper end of the column parts.
