This attendance information management system is provided with an attendance information generating means 22 for collecting attendance record data 31 of a person to be managed, and for generating attendance information 32 including at least department information 41 of the person and working hours information 42 in a predetermined period; a confirmation information accepting means 23 for accepting the input of confirmation information 45 indicating that a manager has confirmed the attendance information 32 of each person to be managed for every person, and for generating attendance management data 33; and an information analyzing means 24 for referring to the attendance information 32 and the attendance management data 31, and for outputting at least an analytic result 34, wherein the confirmation information displays a non-input section, to terminal equipment 11 for a manager of the department of the pertinent person in charge of management.
