Abstract:
To improve an original guarantee level, and to enhance security by using an original or paper with an IC tag embedded thereon.
This information recording device is provided with a region setting means 11 for setting a plurality of regions by dividing a paper on which a plurality of IC tags T are attached into a prescribed regions and an information writing means 18 for writing the same information in the IC tags T in the set respective regions. The copy of an original is permitted only when the information of the IC tags T can be read in all the regions by using the paper as an original, so that an original guarantee level can be improved.
