To economically, speedily and simply change the display contents of the name, etc., of an employee which has to be displayed previously on a display device in an attending/leaving information bulletin system for bulletining the attending/leaving information of each individual.

An input device 1 only for inputting attending/leaving information is concentrate-connected to a concentrated input controller 3, which transmits a LAN signal as the attending/leaving information to a server computer 6 through a hub 5a. The computer 6 processes the attending/leaving information transmitted from the device 1 and basic data to be displayed previously and transmits the LAN signal as display data to an output controller 4 through hubs 5b and 5c. The device 4 converts the LAN signal to an RGB signal and transmits the RGB signal to a display device 2.
