To provide an audio data decoding device and an audio data converting device that solve the problem that sound quality deteriorates when an error compensation system for audio data is employed.
The audio data decoding device employs a waveform encoding system and includes a loss detector which detects the audio data having loss, an audio data decoder which decodes the audio data to generate a first decoded audio signal, an audio data analyzer which extracts a first parameter from the first decoded audio signal, a parameter corrector which corrects the first parameter based upon the loss detection result, and a speech synthesizer which generates a first synthesized audio signal by using the corrected first parameter. Means for other solutions are also described.
