Abstract:
To provide an audio device capable of rapidly starting a mute circuit while suppressing a dark current by the mute circuit.SOLUTION: An audio device comprises: an audio source for generating an audio signal; an output node N1 for outputting an audio signal to an outer side; a mute circuit 30 connected to the output node N1; and a power supply circuit 100 for supplying power to the mute circuit 30. The power supply circuit 100 includes: first and second diodes 42 and D2 serially connected between a Vcc and a voltage input terminal Vin of the mute circuit 30; a third diode D1 connected in parallel with the first and second diodes 42 and D2; and an electrolytic capacitor 44 connected to a node for connecting the first diode 42 to the second diode D2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
