To provide an audio signal processing apparatus for outputting two signals input to a differential circuit from the same DA converting circuit.

A data recombining circuit is provided in the preceding stage of the DA converting circuit of the audio signal processing apparatus. The data rearrangement circuit generates third audio data formed by alternately arranging in serial first data and third data in unit of words from first audio data formed by alternately arranging in serial the first data and second data in unit of words and second audio data formed by alternately arranging in serial the third data and fourth data in unit of words. The DA converting circuit separates the third audio data generated into the first data and the third data and converts them to an first analog signal and a second analog signal, respectively. The differential circuit combines the first analog signal and the second analog signal into a third analog signal.
