To provide a media synchronizing method and device in the case of sharing video to a demand for a service that shares video within a specific group.

The method includes a step of previously registering each terminal data of a user terminal in an application server, a step of performing content registration of media that are provided in the group by the user terminal in a distribution server by a web operation of the application server, a step in which an arbitrary user terminal starts a group conference type service and content is subjected to unicast transmission from the distribution server to a media server, a step in which the media server synchronously distributes distribution media to all terminals in the group, a step in which the user terminal in the group notifies a server of a trick play instruction via the media server during a conversation, and a step in which the distribution server performs the trick play control.
