PURPOSE: To reduce the consumed fuel amount and obtain the optimum recovery time of revolution on desel release by varying the setting of the delay time up to the start of desel operation in correspondence with the number of revolution when an engine is in no-load operation.
CONSTITUTION: The amount of operation of a fuel adjusting lever 10 is transmitted to the governor 16 of an engine 15. The signal for indicating the number of revolution of the engine 15 is input into a controller 20 from a revolution sensor 31. The signal for indicating the approach or contact of hand or finger is input into the controller 20 from grip sensors 41 and 51. When the operating lever is not operated for a certain time, the controller 20 judges the no-operation and outputs a desel signal to turn-ON a solonoid valve 19. Then, the pressurized oil is supplied into a desel cylinder 18, and the governor 16 is turned, and the revolution of the engine 15 is decreased. Thus, the consumed fuel amount can be reduced.
