To provide an auto palletizer for a press, capable of dramatically reducing a cycle time while requiring a small number of robots.
The auto palletizer has: a workpiece conveying device 12 to convey workpieces 1 along a press line 3 at a constant pitch; centering devices 14A, 14B to center a pair of adjacent workpieces 1 on the workpiece conveying device; a transfer robot 16 laterally adjacent to the workpiece conveying device and disposed at an intermediate position in the press line direction between the centering devices 14A, 14B; and pallet stations 18A, 18B laterally adjacent to the workpiece conveying device and disposed at the same positions as the centering devices in the press line direction. The transfer robot 16 transfers the workpieces 1 on the centering devices 14A, 14B on the upstream and downstream sides to their respective pallet stations 18A, 18B via the upstream and downstream sides, respectively.
