Abstract:
To enable a highly reproducible and correct diagnosis of cancer.
Autoantibody to p53 protein is detected by utilizing each peptide as a whole, a part of them or a mixture of them chosen from the group of the sequence of amino acids from the N-terminuses of a p53 antioncogene product composed of a 1-112 peptide, 108-310 peptide, 306-393 peptide and 1-393 peptide.
