Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize inventory so as to make taking-in work easy thereafter, by providing an inventory control means for determination so as to rearrange an article in a rack in accordance with a prescribed rule of a re-taking-in location of the articles after an inventory taking-out.
SOLUTION: A total/partial inventory control part 32, 33 are provided in a subsystem of an inventory control part 22, the total inventory control part 32 controls an inventory of all pallets (all rack storage locations), to determine a re-taking-in location. The partial inventory control part 33 controls a partial inventory by a condition of taking-in period, stock number, etc., to determine a re-taking-in location. A range of the inventory is designated by a range of a taking-in date, when the range is designated from a sufficiently old taking-in date to the latest in-stock period, a process is transferred to the total inventory process, when the range of the taking-in date is reduced to be designated, the process is transferred to the partial inventory. The re-taking-in location is different by the total or partial inventory. In this way, an article can be rearranged in a rack by utilizing the inventory, and taking-out thereafter can be facilitated.
