Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic cleaning device capable of perfectly removing the dust of a corner part and keeping the high cleanliness state of a clean room by automatically cleaning the corner part which is a dust accumulating place in the clean room.
CONSTITUTION: A panel 1 is fixed to a floor surface 4 through baseboards 5. The baseboards 5 have suction holes 8 on side surfaces. The panel 1 internally has a vacuum pipeline 3 connected to the suction holes 8, which pipeline is connected to a central dust collecting device through a dotted vacuum pipeline, and sucked by vacuum pump to remove dust. According to such an automatic cleaning device, no dust is accumulated in a corner part, and a high cleanliness in a clean room can be kept.
