Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that inverts foodstuffs in imitation of movement of cooking a pan by a human hand for solving problems in which the shape of the foodstuffs is possibly broken and damaged due to a large stirring movement in a conventional horizontal drum type pan, and also, the moisture of the foodstuffs cannot be splashed sufficiently by the temperature in the drum due to heating and stirring in a sealed horizontal drum type pan to possibly impair a texture.SOLUTION: Actuators are installed in the X-axis (horizontal axis) and the Z-axis (vertical axis), respectively. A pan 6 is made to simultaneously slide and be inclined in the lateral direction and the longitudinal direction by the two axes, and thereby the stirring movement can be made small, so that the cooking can be made without breaking or damaging the shape of the foodstuffs. Also, the whole foodstuffs can thoroughly be cooked without causing fried irregularities. The pan is not sealed and the foodstuffs come in contact with the outside air, and therefore the moisture of the foodstuffs is splashed and the foodstuffs can be cooked without impairing the texture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
