PURPOSE: To eliminate the increase in processing time as a system by an increase in the contents of the processing items of a CPU by simultaneously executing the reading out control from an encipherment processing circuit and the writing control to an external circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The latch output data 110 of an output data selection circuit 15 and an output data latching circuit 14 are automatically outputted successively from the higher order when the prescribed count-up is executed by a clock 105 to output an output data selection circuit control signal 112 after an output data selection control counter 16 is enabled. A writing signal control circuit 17 outputs an external circuit writing signal 115 for writing the output data into an external circuit in accordance with the clock 105 when the output data selection control counter circuit 16 outputs a writing signal control circuit enable signal 114 to enable the circuit 17. The need for the CPU is eliminated for the output control of the data and the writing control to the external circuit in this way and, therefore, the excess of the processing time arising when the CPU executes the control is eliminated in this way.
