Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform reliable guidance of only a hook, held in a given posture, to a discharge part by forming a slit inclined upward from the bottom of a fixed cylinder body and a hook, guide member extending along the lower end of the slit in a state to protrude from an inner peripheral surface.

CONSTITUTION: A slit 13 inclined upward in the rotation direction of a rotary disc 12 is formed in a peripheral surface throughout a range of from the lower end of a fixed cylinder body 11 to an upper discharge part 20. A guide member 14 for a hook with a rise claw extending along the lower end of the slit 13 in a state to protrude from an inner peripheral surface is provided. A number of hooks with a rise claw fed at random on the upper surface of the rotary disc 12 are gathered to the inner wall surface part of the fixed cylinder body 11 along with rotation of the rotary disc 12. The hook bodies 1 of some of the hooks are fitted in the slit 13 and moved over a hook guide member 14. The hook is fed to a discharge part 20 as it is pushed up by a subsequent hook. In this case, other hooks with a rise claw than those guided in a regular posture are all dropped from the hook guide member 14 to the rotary disc 12 owing to a relation of a center of gravity position.
