PURPOSE: To automate the enamel dipping operation, by providing with the vertical arm, first and second joint members, main body of automatic enamel dipping machine composed of work grasping mechanism, oil pressure unit and memory-regeneration apparatus controlling said main body and oil pressure unit.
CONSTITUTION: The first joint member 12, the second joint member 13 and the grasping mechanism 14, are supported by the vertical arm 11 and the arm 11 is ascended and descended along the guide 9 by operating the handle 8. The members 12, 13 are rocked based on stored content in the memory-regeneration apparatus and the work is grasped by the grasping claw 56 of the mechanism 14 drawing the same locus with said rocking. Next, surplus enamel liquid is shaked off by going up and down rocking and twist revoluting motion of the mechanism 14 by the first, second and third motors 17, 33, 53 after impregnating the work in the enamel liquid in the bath and taking out of the liquid. Thus, the claw 56 is opened by the cylinder 63 and the work is released when glazing of the work is finished.
