PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an automatic execution flow from a management procedure manual, an operation manual, and an automatic execution component associated with the operation manual.SOLUTION: An automatic execution flow creation device 100, on the basis of an operation manual 102 and a management procedure manual 101, specifies a first operation in the operation manual 102 and a second operation in the management procedure manual 101 that are similar in details of operation, and on the basis of the similarity in details of operation between an operation described before the first operation and an operation described before the second operation, calculates the degree of coincidence of a first range including the first operation and the operation described before the first operation and a second range including the second operation and the operation described before the second operation. The automatic execution flow creation device 100, on the basis of the degree of coincidence, specifies an operation range in the management procedure manual 101 corresponding to the operation manual 102, and on the basis of an automatic execution component 103 associated with the operation manual 102, creates an automatic execution flow 104 for the operation range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
