Abstract:
PURPOSE:To always ensure the working of a system even in case the system stability is rapidly changed and a manual switching action is difficult by performing a feedback action with the signal received from a stability deciding circuit. CONSTITUTION:At the outset, only a feedback loop of a Pockets cell system is actuated and the output of an interferometer is monitored by a photodetector 10 serving as a sensor part. Then the stability of a system is decided by a stability deciding circuit 15 based on the monitor signal. A switch 16 is used for actuation of the feedback loop (global control) using an electromagnet 13 in the timing where the system is stable. As a result, the stable working of the system is always ensured.
