Abstract:
PURPOSE:To always keep the high and stable control characteristics even with use of the low-quality fuel by correcting the integration time of a control value adjustment means in accordance with the integration value of the fuel flow rate. CONSTITUTION:A boiler fuel controller operates the integration value of the flow rate of the fuel supplied to a boiler 1 and then estimates the value of the evaporation sound 1-2, etc., of a burning product stacked at a heating part for acquisition of a heat conduction time constant. Then the integration time of a PI control means 6-2 is automatically corrected. Thus, it is possible to always keep the stable and optimum control characteristics in response to the heat conduction characteristics of a combustion device even in case the low-quality fuel is used to the boiler 1.
