Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the production efficiency and the working environment by inputting the production schedule data of hot forging products onto a controller, feeding a raw material by only required amount in a raw material stock yard, and automatically controlling each process of cutting, heating, forging press and heat treatment, etc., with a controller.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material stock yard 1 delivers a raw material based on the production schedule data from a controller 13, the raw material is conveyed from the stock yard to a cutting device 3, cut by a specific dimension and timing, and a billet is fed out. The billet is conveyed into a heating furnace 5, the billet heated in the heating furnace is conveyed and supplied inside a die in the state of being vertically or horizontally lain corresponding to kind of products, after completing forging, the hot forging products are fed outside a forging press 7. Therefore, with the controller 13 based on the production schedule data, a series of hot forging can be controlled unitarily, the control is facilitated and the space can be saved.
