PURPOSE: To automatically generate a hyper text even when not an index character string document but a solid text is inputted by providing a character string extraction decision part and a hyper link part.
CONSTITUTION: A keyword extraction decision part a2 first morpheme-analyzes a text set a1 and decomposes it to word units. Then, important keywords are extracted from a word set and a keyword set a3 is extracted. In this case, it is assumed that an 'A type parts' and an 'A type device' which is the synonym are extracted as the keywords. Then, the hyper link part a4 decides the keywords as hyper link origins and the keywords or the synonyms or the like of the keywords as hyper link destinations from the set a1 for the respective keywords of the set a3, generates a hyper link and outputs the hyper text a5. For instance, the hyper link for which the 'A type parts' is the hyper link origin and the 'A type device' which is the synonym of the 'A type parts' is the hyper link destination is generated.
