Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic machining device of a bus bar assembly in which the bus bar assembly having a high-density circuit constitution can be machined automatically at a high yield.
SOLUTION: This is the automatic machining device in which a bus bar plate is cut into a plurality of bus bar pieces, and in which the bus bar assembly is manufactured by integrating these bus bar pieces and insulating plates, and is provided with a correcting means containing a punch 38 which is installed at a retaining unit 30 and protrudes to a punching unit 50 side, and a die for correction 62 which is installed at the punching unit 50 and corrects a bending angle of a tab 3b in collaboration with the punch 38, and a transition means in which the punch 38 of the correcting means transits a protruded shape of the correcting means so as to correct the tab 3b by protruding to the punching unit 50 side at least in a first elevating movement.
