PURPOSE: To provide an automatic notice equipment in which information is classified based on urgency and information charge, a cheapest time zone and a cheapest line are selected and the notice information representing the state of them is sent to a line altogether.

CONSTITUTION: The equipment consists of a data input output section 1 sending/ receiving data such as character data or control data to/from an information terminal equipment or the like, a data generating recording section 2 generating plural notice information data and recording them under the control of a control section 3 based on the input data or information or the like received from a telephone line, a learning inference section 5 referring to an LCR table section 6 recording telephone line cost information or the like in advance based on notice information data length or weighting information or the like added to the notice information data to select cheapest talking time and line, and an LCR line changeover section 8 used for the connection to a line under the control of the control section 3 based on the selected information from the learning inference section 5 and date and time information from a calendar clock 7, and then the notice information is sent to a line via a MODEM at a cheapest time zone to be reported to a host.
