PURPOSE: To attain an automatic output method for reports that requires no input of indications of an operator by using a means to decide whether the number of reports is larger or not than the threshold number value of those reports holding their outputs.

CONSTITUTION: The receivers of reports and the threshold number value of reports holding their outputs are supplied and registered to an output information setting means 7 via a console 2. The reports showing the execution results of jobs is stored in an auxiliary recording device 3 and then registered to a report control table 6 via a control table register means 9 as long as a report receiver deciding means 8 decides that the receiver of said report is registered to the means 7. A monitor means 10 checks whether or not the number of reports registered to the table 6 is larger than the threshold value set to the means 7. If so, an output request is given to an output means 11 via an output request means 12. The means 11 outputs the report registered to the table 6 to an output device 4 from the device 3.
