Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a picking device which can select many sorts of works from shelves and automatically load them on a pallet efficiently only by inputting a delivery data thereto.
CONSTITUTION: In an automatic picking device which is loaded on a stacker crane 12 of an automatic warehouse, and transfers works on a pallet 14 taken out from a shelf 10 to an empty pallet 14, it is provided with a base plate for robot reciprocating front and rear, right and left between both pallets and provided rotatably and elevatably, and a sucking part 73 provided capably of being approached and separated against the base plate for robot and having suction pads 72. Further, it is provided with a plurality of sensors 76 provided on the base plate for robot and movably in the right and left directions and the front and rear directions against the work, and a probe sensor 100 detecting the upper face position of the work at gripping the work.
