CONSTITUTION: This device is an automatic preparation device of an electronic conference report preparing the report in a conference system utilizing electronic media. The device is provided with a voice recognition device 21 performing the voice recognition of the speeches of the participators of a conference, a conversion device 22 converting the voice information recognized in the voice recognition device 21 into character information, a recording device 23 recording the character information converted by the conversion device 22 and a reproduction and correction device 25 reproducing the recorded character information in the recording device 23 on a display 24 and making conference report information by correcting the content.
