To provide an automatic processing control device capable of processing an assembly without dimensional cumulative error or know-how, at low costs, and in a short lead time, and molding a molding in a short lead time by one simple adjustment of a die after molding in press-processing.
This device processes and manufactures an assembly. An efficient processing schedule is created on the basis of assembly dependent relationship data. When each of parts is processed, an error is sequentially measured, and the parts influenced by a processing error are specified using the assembly dependent relationship data. By changing an NC path, automatic gauging becomes possible. This automatic processing control device manufactures a molding. By creating the assembly dependent relationship of the die and the molding, die parts required for adjustment are specified from failure portions specified by measuring the molding. Correction blocks are inserted in the portions required for adjustment in advance, so that the molding can be corrected without adjusting a die with a complicated shape.
